“Laws” Special Issue – International Tax Law and Policy

November 21, 2017   |   by David Massey

Guest editor: Prof Kim Brooks, Dalhousie University

“Laws” is an international on-line, open access, peer-reviewed journal.

The issue focuses on international tax law and policy.  You can find the call for papers here

In addition to the information on the journal site, the email which has been forwarded to us from Prof Brooks advises:

“Laws” may also publish a print version of the volume depending on the number of papers submitted.  An advantage is that articles are published as they are finished, so the time from submission to publication can be relatively short (at least, compared to some other peer reviewed journals).

The deadline for papers is July 1, 2018.  (But papers can be submitted at any time before then.)  The call suggests there is an article processing charge of 350 CHF for authors, but the journal has waived that fee for this issue.

You can see other special issues here

You can probably find everything you need about the journal and the special issue submission requirements on their website, but I’m happy to answer questions.  And certainly, if you are thinking of submitting something, please let me know.
