Call for Papers – TRN Conference 2022, deadline 8 April 2022

February 22, 2022

The TRN 2022 conference will be held at the University of Edinburgh from 5-7 September 2022 and will run as a hybrid model (in-person and virtual). As usual, the first two days will be research focused, while the Tax Education Day will run on 7 September. Both research and teaching focused papers are welcomed in this call for papers.

There will be concurrent sessions over the conference to accommodate the papers submitted. The virtual sessions will be conducted via Zoom with links to be provided prior to the conference. All sessions will be recorded and available online shortly after the conference concludes.

There is no specific theme for this conference. We therefore welcome any research or teaching-focused tax papers. We particularly welcome abstracts to be submitted by early career researchers or individuals from under-represented groups.

Please submit a 300-word abstract via Qualtrics by Friday 8th April 2022 (https://edinburgh.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_bxtWGZdwlZjqVlI)

Dear organizers of the TRN conference,

my name is Eva Matthaei and I am an early career researcher from Berlin. I’ve just submitted an abstract to apply for your conference. I would be very happy to be given the chance to present the underlying research project in Edinburgh.

    Best,
    Eva Matthaei

    Dear Sirs
I am interested to submit an abstract to 2022 conference. However, the due date for submitting the abstarct was 8 April. I am wondering if it is possible to send the abstarct to conference committee.
    please let me know.

    Dear TRN Conference team,

I hope you are staying safe and well!

I would like to know when the feedback on the submitted abstracts will be sent to candidates? I mean whether the abstract is accepted for participating at the TRN conference or not.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Best regards,
    Laila
